Gallery Flux would like to welcome all R-MC students to Ashland! Whether you're an incoming freshman or a returning senior, don't forget to explore what the great Town of Ashland as to offer. The opportunities are endless in the Center of the Universe.

Interest in Fine Art? Visit us, Gallery Flux, to see work from local, regional, and national artists. We also have Opening Receptions from 5:30-8:00pm every first Thursday of the month. The receptions are free to the public, so grab a group of friends and come enjoy an evening of refreshments, conversation, and of course art! Visit us for Virginia Art Chat. We will be hosting two more chats this year, so don't miss your chance to hear from local artists and administrators!

For those Seniors looking to cool off, visit a brewery or winery. Just minutes from campus are two locations you don't want to miss, Center of the Universe Brewing Company and James River Cellars. For a closer option, visit The Caboose! You can also enrich your "Ashland Culture" with some of the great restaurants right on the tracks! Missing home? Estes isn't cutting it today? Homemades by Suzanne will make you feel right at home, with delicious homemade cuisine. The Iron Horse is another great dining option. Make sure you check their event calendar for special events and live music!
